How do I book?

Please make a reservation in advance using the online booking form, then you can get 10 minutes extra time.
On the same day inquiries, please leave a voice message or text on 0404 468 332. We can’t get your phone call during treatments.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash or bank transfer payments. No EFTPOS machines.

Is a health fund rebate available?

Yes, but available with Medibank, BUPA or ahm only at the moment (March 2019). Others will be ready middle of April 2019.

Remedial Therapist (Nori) is registered with MMA (Massage & Myotherapy Australia), the largest Australian Associations, and is covered for most Health Insurance rebates.

NO HICAPS machines. We issue a receipt with the appropriate provider number for you to collect from your fund. Please double check with your fund whether you are covered for remedial massage. All health funds and policies are different and constantly changing.

What if I need to cancel my appointment?

Please call or text on 0404 468 332.

We respect that your time is valuable and we appreciate that you understand ours is too.

Is parking available at your clinic locations?

You can park driveway of the house or on street.

What is Remedial Massage?

Remedial Massage is the assessment, and complementary therapy which aims to treat muscle dysfunction (tightness, tense, knotted, or immobile), supported by a treatment plan and documented.

Your session includes assessment, hand-on treatment, re-assessment and home care advice.
It is not ‘just a hard massage’. It is a holistic therapy to aid physical, mental, ans emotional well-being.

What is Treatment Plan?

We assess where you need treatment and what may be causing your pain. 
Perform some tests to see exactly which muscles are giving you trouble and make a treatment plan to suit.
