● How do I book?

Please make a reservation in advance using the online booking form, then you can get 10 minutes extra time.
On the same day inquiries, please leave a voice message or text on 0404 468 332.
We can’t get your phone call during treatments.


● What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash or bank transfer payments. No EFTPOS machines.

 

● Is a health fund rebate available?

No, at the moment (2018).
It will be available beginning of 2019.

 

● What if I need to cancel my appointment?

Appointments may be cancelled or re-scheduled at any time up to 24 hours prior to your appointment.

Cancellation policy

We respect that your time is valuable and we appreciate that you understand ours is too.

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy.

Any cancellations that occur 24 hours or more before the scheduled time are able to be re-booked at no additional cost to you.

With no financial penalty applied but once again please treat us as well as you respect yourself.

 

● Is parking available at your clinic locations?

You can park driveway of the house or on street.

● What is Remedial Massage?

Remedial Massage is the assessment, and complementary therapy which aims to treat muscle dysfunction (tightness, tense, knotted, or immobile), supported by a treatment plan and documented.


Your session includes assessment, hand-on treatment, re-assessment and home care advice.
It is not ‘just a hard massage’. It is a holistic therapy to aid physical, mental, ans emotional well-being.

● What is Treatment Plan?

We assess where you need treatment and what may be causing your pain. 
Perform some tests to see exactly which muscles are giving you trouble and make a treatment plan to suit.
